It starts with our personnel. You can call us 24/7 and you will be greeted by a friendly person, not an answering machine! From there, we will schedule an appointment at your home at your convenience. Our claim to fame is that we save you time, so if our Minneapolis plumber is late for our appointment, we will pay you $5 for each minute up to a maximum of $300. (By the way, we’re not perfect--in November 2008 we paid out $655 to customers for being late!) Your Minneapolis plumber will arrive in a fully stocked truck that we like to refer to as our warehouse on wheels. The reason we pack a truck full of water heaters, toilets, faucets and numerous other plumber products is, again, to save you time. We don’t want to waste your time driving back and forth to our distributor. Your plumber will have a nice uniform and wear shoe covers to protect the floor of your home. Why? Additionally, all of our personnel have been drug tested, background checked and have the appropriate licenses to perform the plumbing work in your home. In this way you can feel confident and comfortable with our personnel. Additionally, we are licensed, bonded and insured. If your plumbing job requires a permit, then we pull one. Permits are not optional. Continuing on, your plumber will diagnose your plumbing needs and offer you options and prices. Once you decide what to do, your plumber will quickly, effectively and professionally perform the work to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with the work, he will continue to work with you until you are satisfied. Once finished, your plumber will clean up and thank you for the business.
